The focus will be on translating business situations into mathematical models where applicable, and interpreting the results of the mathematical models.

At the completion of this course, the student should be able to:

1) Translate business situations into

    mathematical models where appropriate.
2) Use mathematical tools for business

    forecasting.
3) Apply the concepts of probability and

    expected values to decision making.
