Organizational Behavior: An International Perspective

 

This course is designed to equip a manager with the knowledge; conceptual frameworks, understanding, skills, and experience needed to facilitate effective human performance in the workplace.

 

Emphasis will be given to understanding values and beliefs as they relate to behavior in the workplace, diagnosing human resource problems, designing efforts to remedy human problems in the workplace, and integrate human resources with other organizational resources.

  Course members will form teams of 5-8 members (depending on class size), with each group becoming an organization whose prime goal is to maximize the development of expertise in the field of organizational behavior in each of its team members.
